摘要
应用餐后食管3小时pH监测技术临床检测22例,其中正常对照组7例,反流症状组15例。检测指标:反流指数(GERI)、反流总时间(GERT)、反流率(GERT%).结果表明:正常组各项指标均值均明显佩于症状组(P<0.05~0.01)。以正常组各项指标的均值加2个标准差为阈值,判定病理性反流。结果症状组的阳性检出率达80%,正常组为14%(P<0.05)。
Esophageal pH was monitored fOr 3h dnter meal by using a minielectrodeconnected with pH meter. Among the 22 cases tested,15 cases sufferedfrom gastroesophageal reflux(GER)and 7 normal subjects served as. control. The resdlt showed that the valuc of reflux index(GERI),reflux total timc(RERT)and reflux rate (CERT%)in control group wea signicantly less thanthat in GER group (P<0.05~0.01). The mean value plus double standarddeviation in control group was regarded as the threshold value of pathologicalreflux. A posilive rate of 80% was obtained in GER group and 14%incontrol group (P<0.05).
