中医辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎317例疗效分析

Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine: An Analysis of 317 cases

以中医辩证治疗任性前列腺炎患者３１７，例结果有１９９例治愈占６２．８％，有９６例好转占３０．２％，２２例无效占７％，痊愈者治疗时间从２周至９个月．结合专科门诊临床体会，认为本病虽然病机复杂，仍以实证居多．治当祛邪为先。而且兼证者多，宜谨守病机，或数法并用，方可奏效，对老年人患前刊腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎者，认为要以解除梗阻为主，釜底抽薪，才能达到祛邪消炎的目的。同时指出诸多因素均会诱发和加重本病，必须重视生活和饮食方面的调节，综合治理才能取得较好的治疗效果。

Three hundred and seventeen patients with chronic prostatitis weretreated by traditiol1al Chinese medicine according to syndrome diffirentiation. The results showed that 199 cases (62.8%)recovered after 2 weeks to 9 monthsof treatfnent, 96 (30.2%)improved and 22(7%)ineffectlve. The pathogensisof this disease is complicated.Most of the patientsare young and middleaged. and manifested as sthenia-syndrome. The first step of treatment shouldbe elimination of the evil. It is important to get rl d of the obetruction ofurethra in the aged patients with prostatic enlargement and chronic prostatitis.
