压制成型高掺量粉煤灰空心烧结砖工艺研究

A study on process for making burnt hollow brick with large proportion of fly ash

高掺量粉煤灰空心烧结砖是粉煤灰资源综合利用的一个重要方向。本试验采用压制成型方法进行工艺研究，粉煤灰掺量达到60～75％（重量比）．本文以实验为基础，对空心砖生产中结合剂的选择及应用、干燥特性以及烧结工艺参数进行了分析和讨论。

The manufacture of burnt hollow brick with a large proportion of fly ash will be an effective exploitation of fly ask resources. Tests have been carried out to study tbe process for making burnt hollow brick containing 60~75% of fly ash by weight using press moulding method. This paper has analysed and discussed the choice and utilization of binder in the hollow brick,drying property of green brick and parameters of the burning process on the basis of the experiments.
