摘要
通过组成与显微结构的设计研究了活化金属粘结的Ti(C,N)-Al_2O_3与Al_2O_3-TiC两类多种组成(牌号)的复合陶瓷刀具材料,这些陶瓷由于组成与显微结构的不同,其切削加工的应用范围亦有所不同,但均具有高的强度与韧性,优良的红硬性和良好的化学稳定性,可满足多种加工对象的要求,在其各自的加工应用范围内,均能发挥出十分优异的切削性能。
The activated bonding metal is adopted for improving the wetting property of various ceramic phases,Combined with activated metal bonded Al_2O_3-Ti(C,N)and activated metal bonded Al_2O_3-TiC,the design of composition and microstructure,two kinds of ceramic tool materials with a high strength and tough-ness were developed.All of these ceramic inserts have the best cutting performance and satisfy the general or specific requirements of customers.
