摘要
应用红外热成像测温技术,对几种陶瓷坯体在烧结过程中温度场的分布进行系统的测试和研究,首次揭示了陶瓷材料在不同温度下的动态温度场.利用计算机处理技术探讨了陶瓷坯体在烧结过程中变形与温度场的关系,并分析了红外热成像技术在无机非金属材料工业中的各种应用,包括动态温度场的测试、设备监控、故障诊断、无损检测、自动控制等.说明了红外热成像技术在本行业中具有广阔的应用前景.
The temperature profiles of some ceramic blanks during sintering process have been tested and studied systemly by infra-red heat-imaging thermometric technique. The dynamic temperature fields of ceramic materials at different temperatures have been proclaimed for the first time. The relationship between the deformation of ceramic blanks and the temperature field during sintering process has been studied by computor processing. The various applications of infra-red heat-imaging technique (including dynamic temperature field testing,equipment monitoring, trouble shooting , non -destructive inspection and automatic control) in inorganic nonmetallic material industry have been analy-sized. It is revealed that the application of infra-red heat-imaging technique in inorganic nonmetallic material industry has a bright future.
