摘要
从原理与实验两方面论述了硅酸铅(Bi_(12)SiO_(20))晶体实时自动记录、显影光学信息的特性。其灵敏度比铌酸锂(LiNbO_3)晶体高100倍。实验表明,在晶体上施加约为6kV·cm ̄(-1)的横向电场和15×10 ̄5Pa的横向气压,可进一步提高灵敏度。作为实例,用硅酸铅晶体和微机控制的全息装置,实时自动地测试了薄板受力后的变形。
The characterist ics of automatic real-time recording and developing optical information for BSO(Bi_(12)Si_(20)) crystal are discussed theoretically and experimentally. Sensitivity in recording is one hundred timeshigher than that for LNO( LiNbO_3)cryxtal.Experiments show that a transverse electric field of 6kV/cm and atransverse atmospheric pressure of 15×10 ̄5 pa should be applied to BSO crystal in order to increase the sensitivity,As a practical example,with BSO crystal and holographic device controlled by a computer,the deformationof a sheet metal under force was measured autornatically in real-time.
