摘要
本文简要的介绍了碳化硅(SiC)原料制备技术的进展,着重描述八十年代后期运用Laser、Plasma、CVD等技术高温裂解有机物和Sol—Gel等方法制备超细、超纯、复相碳化硅陶瓷粉末的方法与性能,以期获得高性能的碳化硅结构陶瓷.
The development of SiC raw material preparation technique was introduced briefly in this paper. The preparation methods and properties of ultrafine,highly pure and mutli -phase SiC ceramic powders using sol -gel and through pyrolysis of organic matters by Laser,Plasma and CVD technique in later 1980s were emphatically described. High performance SiC structural ceramics were expected to be obtained by these methods.
