摘要
本文研究了硅质煤矸石经碳热还原合成β—SiC超细粉的可能性,并在最佳工艺条件下,合成的超细粉β—SiC含量为88.07%(SiO_2转化率为97.44%).期间分析了煤矸石的组成和显微结构,结果表明它们对煤矸石低温下合成β—SiC是有利的.
The possibility has been studied for the synthesis of β-SiC by carbonthcrmil reduction of gangue. Under the op-timum process conditions, the powders containing β -SiC 88. 07% (the transform tale of SiO4 was 97.44% was ob taind. An analysis was done on the composition and microstructure of gangue, the result showed that they were bene cial to the formation of β-SiC at low temperature.
