摘要
通过液相合成陶瓷粉料可实现粉料的超细、粒度均匀、化学成分的精确控制以及分布均匀。本文综述了湿化学法制备陶瓷粉料的工艺原理和常用的方法,包括沉淀-煅烧法、水热法、胶体化学方法、喷雾热分解法和乳化液法等。
Ceramic powders with ultrafine particles,uniformly distributed,and accurately controlled chemicalcomposition can be synthesized through liquid phase reactions. In this paper,the principles of powder synthesis by means of wet chemistry are discussed,including nucleation,growth,clustering,and agglomeration. Various synthesis methods are described,which include precipitation-calcination method,hydrothermal process,colloidal process , spray pyrolysi,and emulsion method.
