摘要
以乙酸和氢氧化钾为辅助原料,通过Ti(O ̄nBu)_4-Ba(OAc)_2水解法合成BaTiO_3粉体。借助SEM、TEM、XRD和EPMA等分析手段,研究了pH值对BaTiO_3粉体性能的影响。论述了合成BaTiO_3的反应机理,同时探讨了pH值对其反应机理的影响。
BaTiO_3 powder is synthesized by hydrolysis of Ti(rBu)_4-Ba (OAc)_2 by use of acetic acid andpotassium hydroxide as auxiliary materials. Effect of pH value on the properties of BaTIO_3 powder is studied bymeans of SEM,TEM,XRD and EPMA,The mechanism of forming BaTiO_3 is discussed,and the effect of pHvalue on it is investigated。
