摘要
研究了（Ｓｒ＿（０．４８）Ｐｂ＿（０．４８）Ｙ＿（０．０３）Ｃａ＿（０．０１））ＴｉＯ＿３基陶瓷的半导化行为。结果表明：ＰｂＯ适当过量有利于半导化。Ｒａｍａｎ光谱，ＡＥＳ（Ａｕｇｅｒｅｌｅｃｔｒｏｎｓｐｅｃｔｒｏｓｃｏｐｙ）分析表明，随着ＳｉＯ＿２含量的增加，氧空位浓度及Ｔｉ￣（３＋）浓度增大，ＸＲＤ分析表明，随ＳｉＯ＿２含量增大，轴比ｃ／ａ增大。
The semiconducting characteristics of(Sr_(0.48)Pb_(0/48)Y_(0/03)Ca_(0.01))TiO_3-based ceramics were investi- gated. It is shown that appropriate excess of PbO is favourable to semiconduction,According to Raman spec- troscopy,AES(Auger electron spectroscopy)and XRD results,the concentration of oxygen vacancies,Ti￣(3+) ions and the axis ratio are increatsed with the increase of SiO_2 content.
