摘要
通过研究光在溶液中的反射,指出反射法比透射法具有灵敏度高和结构紧凑的特点。此外,根据反射法生化分析仪的基本结构建立了仪器的数学模型和相应的自动校准方法。
By means of research on the reflection of light in solutions,it is showed that compared with the transmission type,reflective biochemistry analyzer has higher sensitivity and smaller structure volume. In addition,the mathematical model and auomatic colibration method are established according to the fundamental construction of renective biochemistry analyzer.
