摘要
作为可编程匹配滤波器,SAW卷积器在扩频通信、雷达信号处理等领域中具有广阔的应用前景。通过SAW卷积器中的非线性三波形相互作用,可实现信号的卷积、相关和存贮。同时在存贮相关器结构中还可利用三波形相互作用的不同工作方式来实现空间积分卷积器和时间积分卷积器。
As a programmable matched filter,SAW convolver has great advantage over other devices in spreadspectrum communication and signal-processing for radar.This paper treats the operating process of nonlinear three-wave interactions in a SAW convolver,wnich can be used to achieve correlation,convolution and storage of signals.Moreover,an in-depth treatment of the development of space-integrating convolver(SIC)and timeintegrating convolver(TIC)by different operations in storage correlator is presented particularly.
