摘要
用包套拉伸法和挤压法制备Pd/Ag纤维复合材料,并通过金相和电子显微镜分别观察其微观结构、测试其性能,如电阻率、硬度、强度及接触电阻等。通过对比其工艺性及所得材料的微观结构和性能,认为挤压法优于包套拉伸法。此种Pd/Ag纤维复合材料适合Pd/Ag型复合铆钉和生产复铜铆钉。
The properties of palladium-silver fiber composites prepared bytwo different methods,i.e.drawing in casing pipe and extruding,were repre-ented.The microstructure of the materials was observed by the phase microscopeand transmission electron microscopc.The properties,such as resislivity strength,hardness,and contact resistant,were measured.By the comparison of thetechniques,the microslructures,and the properties of the materials made bythe two different methods,it was suggested that the method of extruding isbetter than the drawing in the casing pipe,The Pd/Ag composites was adaptedto AN_1/WS Tup Automatic Riveting Machine to produce Pd/Ag fiber compo-sites and copper bimetal contacts.
