用一般自动冷镦机加工钮扣型贵金属复合触点，其平面触点在主模内成形，球面触，点除球冠部分在成形模内成形外，其余部分亦在主模内成形。对于底面要求凸台型、多．或凸起型和单点凸起型的，可在主模模腔和主模针端面上加工出相应的形状。此法生产的触点无脱模角。

A automatic coldheader for produce rivet clad type contacts was introduced to process button type clad contacts of precious metals.All parts of the contacts were formed in the main die except for the spherical comb parts of spherical contacts in the forming die.The relative shape can be processed in the main die hold and the end side of the main die needle as to the type of contacts that have ring projection,multi-point projection,and single-point projection,in the botton side.The contacts produced by this technology have no pattern tapers.
