大鼠肝脏单胺氧化酶及其同工酶活性的增龄变化

The Activity of Monoamine Oxidase and Its Isozymes in Livers of SD Rats with Aging

用荧光分光光度法检测了３月龄、１２月龄和１８月龄ＳＤ大鼠肝脏单胺氧化酶（ＭＡＯ）及其同工酶（ＭＡＯ─Ａ．ＭＡＯ─Ｂ）的活性。结果表明ＭＡＯ及其两种同工酶的活性均随增龄而升高，成年鼠的酶活性升高尤为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），升高幅度达幼年鼠６７％以上，老年鼠与成年鼠基本持平，只有ＭＡＯ─Ａ略有升高。

The activity of monoamine oxidase(MAO)and its isozyme A and B in the rat livers of different ages was defected with spectrofluorometry, The results revealed that the activities of MAO,MAO-A and MAO-B of rat livers tended to increase with aging. The mid-aged(12 months) and the old-aged (18months) groups showed a significant rise(P<0.01).This study suggests that the activities of MAO and its isozymes in the rat livers are age-related and may be one the indacators of aging.
