血脂和载脂蛋白A_1、B_（100）测定对NIDDM血管病变的诊断价值

The Measurement of the Serum Lipid,Apolipoprotein A_1 and B_(100) on the Diagnosis Values of Vascular Complications of NIDDM Patients

测定３５２例有或无血管病变的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）病人及４４例正常人的血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－ｃｈ），载脂蛋白Ａ１（ＡｐｏＡ１）、载脂蛋白Ｂ（１００）（ＡｐｏＢ（１００））的水平。分析了这些指标与ＮＩＤＤＭ并发血管病变的相关性。结果：ＮＩＤＤＭ并发血管病变各组与ＮＩＤＤＭ无并发症组及正常对照组之间比较ＬＤＬ－ｃｈ和ＡｐｏＢ（１００）水平升高；ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ（１００）比值降低。提示上述指标可作为ＮＩＤＤＭ并发血管病变的预测指标。

Serum triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein─cholesterol(HDL-ch), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-ch), apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1) and apolipoprotein B(100)(Apo B(100) were measured in 52 non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients with or without vascular complications and 44 normal volunteers as control.The correlation of the indices and the vascular complications were also analyzed. The results showed that the mean values of LDL-ch and Apo A1/Apo B(100) in the NIDDM patients with vascular complications were significantly higher than those in the NIDDM patients without vascular complications as well as the control.But the ratio of Apo A1/Apo B(100) in the NIDDM patients with vascular complications was below that of the contrlo. Our data suggests that serum LDL-chand Apo B(100) as well as the ratio of Apo A1/APO B(100) might be a good indicator of NIDDM patients existed vascular complications.
