摘要
对我省培育的黔园九号芦笋做了较全面的营养成分测定,其蛋白质含量为30.02%。含人体必需的11种氨基酸,E/T值高达0.37;含各种维生素,其中以维生素E和胡萝卜素含量高,分别为3.1mg和3.7%mg;富含多种微量元素,其硒含量高达0.88μg/g。研究表明本品是国内选育的优良芦笋品种。
The Nutritional components of Asparagus-Qianyuan 9 was overall determined:the content of protein was 30. 02% containing 11 essential amino acid and E/T was 0.37%; containing all vitamin, especially the contents of vitamin E and carotene were much high(3.1mg%, 3.7mg%respectively); containing rich trace elements, especially the content of Se was 0.88% μg/g, These studies show Asparagus-Qianuan 9 is fine breed in our country.
