摘要
实验用Wistar大鼠60只。随机分为对照组和芦笋组,两组均用5%CCl4灌胃,结果显示:芦笋组大鼠血清SGFT活性明显低于对照组。肝脏重量减轻较少,血清丙二醛浓度较低,肝组织SOD活性较高。表明芦笋对CCl4造成的大鼠肝细胞损害有明显保护作用,其机制可能在于通过提高SOD活性,阻断自由基对肝细胞的损害。
SiXty Wistar rats were divided into control and asparagus groups randonly. All the rats were poured 5%CCl4 into the stomach. The results showed that, compared with control, the contents of serun Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase(SGPT)and Malondialdehyde(MDA) were lower and the content of liver Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) was higher in asparagus, The weight of liver in asparagus was not as lighter as one in control. These studies suggest that asparagus officinalis linn has the protecting effect on the liver cells injured by CCl4, which can enhapce the content of liver SOD and prevent the liver cell injured by Lipid Peroxides(LPO).
