报告１００例正常成年妇女排卵前后卵泡的声像图监测结果。月经周期第１３无可在卵巢内分别见到散在小圆形暗区，数量及其大小不等，随时间的推延有所变化，排卵前卵泡逐渐增大，排卵后卵泡无回声暗区消失，卵巢也随之变小。

An ultrasonic observation on ovum vesicle of 100 normal adult women was carried out.The observation began on the 13rd day of menstrual cycle continuing for 4 days.In the cross section of ovaries(both sides),scattered and round shaped dark areas of different numbers and sizes could be found,and change with time.The size of ovum vesicle increased before ovulation.After that,the dark areas with no answer in ovum vesicle disappeared,accompanying that,ovaries became smaller.
