摘要
对６４例特发性突聋患者经治疗后，影响听力恢复的诸因素进行了多元回归分析，结果表明：１．患者的听力恢复受多种因素影响。２．在诸因素中，根据其影响作用大小依次为：改善度、初诊听阈、性别、有无眩晕、病程、高－低频音听阈差。３．初诊时听力损失较少、男性、无伴发眩晕、及时获治及以低频音听力障碍为主者的改善率较高。
The recovery rate as an indicator of recovery from idiopathic sudden hearing loss was used.Using the recovery rate,data from 64 cases of sudden hearing loss by means of multiple regression analysis were examined.The probability of recovery from idiopathic sudden hearing loss depends on many factors.The recovery rate correlates to the difference between the initial and final PTA, degree of initial hearing loss,sex,presence or absence of vertigo, time of visit after onset and type of audiogram.
