259例胃十二指肠病变患者幽门螺旋杆菌的检测

Detection of Helicobacter Pylori in 259 Patients with Gastroduodenal Disease

对２５９例胃十二指肠疾病患者进行了幽门螺旋杆菌的检测，结果显示：慢性胃炎检出率为７５．３％，消化性溃疡检出率为８０．７％。慢性活动性胃炎检出率为８８．４％，而慢性非活动性胃炎为７２．０％。本文结果提示幽门螺旋杆菌与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡关系密切。

In ordel to asses the relation between helicobacter pylori (HP) and chronic gastric,peptic ulcer,or gastric carcinoma, the biopsy specimens of gastric mucosa from 259 patients with gastroduodenal disease were examined by urease test.The results showed that HP infection rate was 75.3 percent in chronic gastritis,and was 80.7 percent in peptic ulcer.The HP infection rate was 88.4 percent in active chronic gastritis, and 72.0 percent in inactive chronic gastritis,There was a close relation between HP and chronic gastritis,or peptic ulcer.
