添加非金属矿物及其加工品的配（混）饲料，已成为中外现代饲料工业的主流。贵州的资源条件决定了应优先开发高岭土、膨润土、风化煤、石灰石、含硒、稀土等微量元素的系列产品。这些矿物饲料添加剂的作用机理为：营养元素的添加剂、刺激生长、提高饲料中主要成分的转化、营养成分的载体、防病治病或起颗粒饲料成形剂的作用。

As additives, the priority of development should be given to the serial products of kaoline, pentonite, weathered coal, limestone, and Ce-and REE-bearing materials. These dineral-feed additives act as adding nutrient elements, stimulating plant growth, promoting transformation of the major compositions in feed, preventing and curing plant deseases and insect pests, and nutrient carriers and granulated feed plasticizer.
