本文给出了拟可微函数的一个等价命题。建立了拟可微函数、局部Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ函数和Ｆ＇一正则函数之间的关系。

A characterization on quasidifferentiable functions is given this paper.And the relationship is also established among the quasidifferentiable functions,locally Lipschitz functions and Frechet-property functions.
