摘要
本文研究了在材料受限下的植物染色体制片方法。结果表明:以组织培养获得的大量幼嫩分生组织压片,可以获得较多的分裂相。本文用此法研究了除虫菊（Pyrethrum cinerariifolium）染色体的形态,所得除虫菊核型为2n=18=10m+6sm(SAT)+2st。
This paper dealed with plant chromosome slides method in definite material . The results showed that it can obtain many mitotic flgure through squashing slides of many young meristem obtained from tissue culture . This paper have studied chromosome morphologe of pyrethrum (Pyrethrum cinerarii folium Tret. ) using this method. The Karyotype formula of Pyrethrum is 2n = 10m+6sm(SAT)+2st.
