摘要
按3×4因子试验设计,将60只雄性断奶大白鼠,随机分为12个组,进行饲养观察和采样检测,所饲日粮分别添加0、5、10、20ppmSe(用Na_2SeO_3)和0、500、1000ppmCu(用CuCl_2)。试验结果表明Se与Cu的相互作用能明显缓解高水平Se对动物生殖系统的毒性效应,其主要表现为减除高水平Se对睾丸精子生成过程的阻断作用。
in the 3×4 factorial experiment, 60 weanling male S. D. rats were dividod in to 12 groups randomly and fed 0. 500 and 1000 ppm Cu (as CuCl_2) in conjuction with 0. 5. 10 and 20 ppm Se (as Na_2SeO_3). The results showed that there was significant amelirative effect of Se×Cu interaction on Se toxicity against reprodnctive system of rats, especially to arrest spermatogenesis genesis of rat testis.
