摘要
采用双垂直薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,测定了贵州3个麻鸭品种及北京鸭、康贝尔鸭血清蛋白质的遗传多态性,计算其基因频率、基因平均杂合度、遗传相似系数及遗传距离;运用系统聚类和模糊聚类方法,确认贵州麻鸭在我国主要地方鸭种中的分类地位。其中三穗鸭与印江鸭可划归1个地方品种,兴义鸭可单独列为1个品种,它们均起源于绿头鸭。当品种间欧氏距离达1.475值时,所研究的13个品种可划分为两大类,三个贵州麻鸭均属蛋用品种之列。
The both side vertical thin layer polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis was used to study genetic polymorphism of serum protein of the Guizhou Sheldrakes, Beijing duck and Khaki Campell. Gene frequencies, gene average heterozygosities, genetic coefficients of similarity and genetic distances among the five duck breeds were calculated.The Guizhou Sheldrakes among tne famous Chinese duck breeds were identified using both hierarchical clustering methods and fuzzy classification methods.Sansui and yingjan of Guizhou Sheldrakes would be classified a native breed and Xingyi would be another one.All of them originated from a wild duck (Anas Platyrhpnchos Platyrhynchos).Thirteen breeds are divided into two groups when Rogers Distance is 1. 475. Three breeds of Guizhou Sheldrake Should be eg-laying type.
