贵州小香猪九种组织乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的测定

DETERMINATION OF LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE(LDH)ISOZYME FROM NINE TISSUES OF GUIZHOU MINIATURE PIGS

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了贵州小香猪的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、腿肌、卵巢、子宫九种组织中的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。结果表明：心、肾、子宫ＬＤＨ１活力最高，Ｍ亚基比Ｈ亚基为１：５以上，Ｈ亚基为主。腿肌和卵巢则以ＣＤＨ５活性最强，Ｍ亚基比Ｈ亚基分别为１：０．４和１：０．９，Ｍ亚基占优势。

Lactae dehydrogenase(LDH)isozyme have been determined with polyacrylamide geielectophoresis from heart,liver,spleen,lung,kindney,brain,leg muscle,ovary andwomb in Guizhou miniature pigs. Furthermore,the relative contents of five LDHisozyme and the ratio of subunits have been calculated. The results showed that theactivity of LDH1 was more than five times the contents of subunits M, when sampleswere collected from heart,kindney and wotm.On the opposide,activity of LDH5 of legmuscle and ovary were greater and the ratio of subunits M to subunist H was 1:0.5and1 :0.9 respectively.
