摘要
研究结果表明:多功能氧化酶环氧化活性在抗杀虫双、抗杀螟丹小菜蛾品系中均高于其在敏感品系中;多功能氧化酶环氧化活性提高是小菜娥对杀虫双、杀螟丹抗性的一个重要机制。
The result of study on aldrin epoxjdase activity of MFO in dimehypo-resistant, cartap-resistant and susceptible strains indecated that the aldrin epoxidase activity in two resistantstrains Was higher than that in susceptlble strain,This showed that the enhancement of aldrin spoxidade activity was an important resistant mechanism for these insecticides.
