不同化学药剂对温州蜜柑贮藏保鲜试验报告 被引量:2

摘要 研究了4种化学防腐保鲜剂处理对温州蜜柑在常温通风条件下贮藏保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:双胍盐、扑海因这两种化学药剂处理的效果最好,在常温条件下好果率分别达97%、95%,果实新鲜饱满,色泽鲜艳,营养成份损失少,是值得在生产中推广的化学贮藏保鲜剂,其次是特克多、托布津处理。结果还表明,用同一药剂处理不同采收期的果实,用于贮藏的果实应该适当提前采收。 Four preservative chemicals were used in prestorage treatment of satsuma at normal temperature storage conditions.The results show that befram and iprodlone are best. Fresh fruit rate reaches 97%and 95%separately in normal temperature.The fruit could keep fresh, good quality with nutritive substanc,Befram and iprodlone are wortly to be popularized in satsuma storage. The next are Tecto and Topsin M. The results of trial show that storage fruit ought to be harvested early.
