选择42.5±1.0kg体重的黔北黑猪(地方种)阉公猪9头分为3组,分别在日粮中添加0、5、10mg/kg二氯醇胺盐。重复两期进行氮代谢试验表明:二氯醇胺盐使试猪尿氮减少,沉积氮分别增加1.09克/头·日和0.41克/头·日,氮沉积率分别提高3.5和2.5百分点(P>0.05),但不随二氯醇胺盐剂量增加而相应提高;二氯醇胺盐使试猪心率明显加快(P<0.01),且随剂量增加而成倍递增(P<0.01)。
A selected population of 9 Qianbei black breeds (growing-fattening hog)over liveweight range 42.5±1.0kg was divided into three groups and fed a meal with 0,5,10mg/kg of clenbuterol respectively. The azote metabolic test at two feeding levels showed that clenbuterol decrcased azoturia in the tested animals and increased azote sediment by 1.09g or 0.41g /per head registering an increase of3.5 or 2.5 percentage( P>0.05), but the azote sediment did not be increased withthe increase of clenbuterol in dosage; it also showed that clunboterol markedly accelerated the beart rhythm in tested pigs,and the acceleration was doubled with the dosage increasc of clenbuterol used in this test.
