摘要
本文报导了贵州省6个县11个采样点余甘子样本果肉营养成分的分析结果。结果表明,贵州余甘子果实含有丰富的Vc,适量的糖和脂肪,其蛋白质中含有人体必需的八种氨基酸中的六种。余甘子是一种有开发价值的植物资源。
This paper report the analytical results of nutritive components of flash of phyllanthus emblica fruit in Guizhou. These results shown that thefe are rich Vitamine C and certain amounts of Sugars and Fats, the protein in the fruit contains six kinds of eitht Amino acids which are necessary to Human Body. Phyllanthus emblica fruit is a kind of the green fruits very good for people.
