分娩后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的酸性磷酸酶测定

Assay of acid phosphatase content in macrophages from peritoneal exudate in post-parturient mice

采用测定血清酸性磷酸酶改良法及Gomori硝酸铅改良法,分剐测定了分娩后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、及正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的酸性磷酸酶含量。试验结果表明分娩后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的酸性磷酸酶含量略低于正常小鼠。这种现象表明尽管分娩后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞数量增加,但其中大部份细胞是单核细胞,或正处于由单核细胞向成熟巨噬细胞分化的幼稚型巨噬细胞,故巨噬细胞总的酸性磷酸酶含量较低。

Using modified method of measuring serum acid phosphatase and Gomo-ri's lead nitrate, acid phosphatase contents of macrophages from peritoneal exudate in post-parturient and normal mice were assayed.It was shown that acid phosphatase content from macrophages in normal mice was slightly higher than that of the post-parturient mice.These results showed that most of the macrophages from the post-parturient mice were young monocytes or just in stages of differentiation from monocytes to mature macrophages.This is why the content of acid phosphatase from these post-parturient mice was lower.
