世界各航空发动机公司为保持在下一世纪航空动力领域的领先地位,都在寻求新的方法提高军用和民用发动机的性能,保持竞争能力。评定发动机性能的主要指标之一是推重比,预计在2O1O年军用发动机的推重比将提高50%,民用发动机将提高25%。 实现该目标一半将依靠材料改进,包括低温高分子复合材料和高温陶瓷材料,另一半则依靠改进设计准则、方法和程序。
The potential performance improvements for ceramic material is up to 500℃ hotter than that of today's cooled metal component in some engines, and its life-span lasts four times longer, but current design rules , meth ods ,procedures and systems, suitable for designing ceramic components are very limited. Today, much important hack ground work about ceramic for engines are carrying out in many countries .
