我国海外投资现状及发展对策

China's Investment Overseas:Its Current Situation and Development Strategies

改革开放以来，我国海外投资发展较快，形成了一定规模，截至1992年年底，海外企业共计有4117家，其中非贸易性的1363家，贸易性的1053家，经济效益和社会效益较好。这是一项开创性的事业，由于时间短、经验不足，还存在一些不容忽视的问题，本文针对存在的问题及国际投资的发展新趋势，并借鉴发展中国家的经验，提出我国海外投资应采取的发展对策。

Since its opening-up to the outside world, China's overseas investments havebeen developing rapidly and forming a certain scale. By 1992, there were already4, 117 overseas businesses, including 1, 363 non-trading enterprises and 1, 053trading enterprises, which produced better economic and social efficiency. Obviously, in a creative career burgioning in such a short period of time withnot much preparation, there certainly would exist some problems that should notbe overlooked. In the light of the new trend of international investment anddrawing on the experience of the developing countries, this paper advances somedevelopment strategies on China investing abroad to address the existing problems.
