论我国对外贸易的实业化、集团化、国际化问题

基础实业化、组织集团化、经营国际化是我国对外贸易发展的必然趋势。我国的对外贸易虽然在这方面已跨出了步伐，但涉及到产权关系、组织结构、资金运筹、工贸结合等问题仍需要及时解决和处理。应采取相应的对策，既要观念转变，机制转换，又要结构重组，政策重订，以推动对外贸易“三化”的顺利发展。

To realize industrialization of base, to achieve organizational conglomerati-zation,and to carry out internationalization of management, these are the inex-orable trend of China's foreign trade development. Although there has been some progress made in this area,the question for us now is how to handle problems such as property rights,organizational structure,funds operations, and the com-bination of industry with trade. Efforts should, therefore, be made not only to change concepts and transform mechanism,but also to restructure organizations and revise po1icies. This will make it more likely that China will best advance the development of industrialization, conglomeratization and internationalization in foreign trade.
