中东天然气资源开发利用及前景探析

A Study on the Utilization and Prospects Of Middle East Natural Gas Resources

中东天然气资源开发长期薄弱,70年代后生产增长加快,但产量规模与该地区资源优势很不相称。其天然气产品以内销为主,出口外销比重很低。近年来,中东许多国家制订了扩大天然气开发、增加内销和对外出口的发展规划,向新的发展阶段推进。中东进一步开发天然气,具有资源优势、发展多种经济的迫切需要以及良好的天然气出口国际环境等诸多有利因素,但也存在着投资大、技术要求高等一些不利的方面。

Since the 1970's gas production has been rapid, but the scale of production has not matched the resource advantages of the area. The gas products are consumed mainly within the Middle East and gas exports are low. In recent years,many Middle Eastern countries have formulated development programs to expand natural gas production and export in order to push to a new stage of development. There are several advantages to a further development of natural gas resources,including abundant reserves,and the need to develop a multiple - economy and favorable international environment for gas export;however,disadvantages also exist, such as huge capital expenditure and complicated technology requirements.
