摘要 斯伦贝谢公司遵循集中于油田服务、坚持国际化经营和发展新技术的经营战略,在公司内部按生产线组织专业化经营,设有完善的目标管理体系,公司始终保持为一个独立经营和利益统一的整体。斯伦贝谢公司的管理经验对我国油田专业服务单位有许多启示,如:油田服务企业应走专业化经营的发展道路,集中财力、人力、物力经营自己擅长的业务,取得好的经济效益;油田专业化服务企业应从全球角度配置和调整资源,开展国际化经营以拓展其生存发展的空间,提高风险承受能力;企业的决策机构、执行机构和监督机构应彼此分立,各自的职责和权利应十分明确,在公司的内部组织机构中,任何下级经营组织没有独立的收益权和投资权;企业经营者对生产经营的全过程进行监控,及时发现和解决经营中的问题;实行目标管理,重视技术和人才,建立企业内部的激励机制。 subordinate organizations of the company should have no independent rights to invest in or profit from a project i 5- managers should thoroughly inspect production in order to promptly determine and solve problems; and 6. attention should be paid to technologies, human resources,and internal incentives. Schlumberger Limited adheres to a business strategy that emphasizes concentration on oilfield services, development of new technologies, and international operations. While each division of the company specializes in different aspects of the production line, the company also maintains its identity as an integral whole. Schlumberger's managerial principles can be used for our reference in the following respects; 1. Oilfield service enterprises should concentrate on businesses in which they have advantages; 2. enterprises should allocate and adjust their inputs from a global point of view,that is,operate internationally so as to expand their business scope and improve their ability to withstand business risks; 3. the company's administrative, executive, and managerial sectors should have a clear division of responsibilities and rights; 4.
