摘要
丘脑后核(PO)和丘脑腹后外侧核(VPL)的神经元按其对伤害性刺激的不同反应型式可分为以下三种类型:痛兴奋神经元、痛抑制神经元和痛无关神经元。电针“足三里”可抑制痛兴奋神经元的自发及(或)痛诱发放电活动,减弱或消除痛抑制神经元的痛抑制反应,而对痛无关神经元的电活动无明显影响。此工作可能有助于阐明PO和VPL在痛觉传递和整合中的地位以及针刺镇痛的机理。
There are three types of neurons in the posterior nucleus of thalamus (PO) and nucleus ventralis posterior lateralis (VPL) according to the reaction of these neurons to noxious stimulation: pain-excited neurons, pain-inhibited neurons and pain-nonrelated neurons. Electro-acupuncture could block their reactions to these noxious stimuli.The significance of the results in pain physiology and acupuncture analgesia was discussed.
