摘要
本文报告180例单疤病毒性角膜炎追踪观察1～3年的复发情况,其发病率在1、2、3年分别为20％、31.5％、34.5％。并分析讨论了与复发有关的因素和减少复发的可行措施。
One hundred and eighty cases of herpes simplex keratitis were followed up for 1-3 years, and the recurrent rate for 1, 2 and 3 -years was 20.0%, 31.5% and 34.5% respectively. No significant difference was found between the recurrent rate and sex or type of lesions. The recurrent rate was much higher in caees with corneal neo-vascularization or when HSK was complicated with iritis.It was also slightly higher in children and aged patients.Factors related to recurrence of the disease and the possible measures for reduction of the recurrent rate were discussed in detail.
