运动对血小板功能、凝血及纤溶系统的影响 被引量:1

摘要 心脑血管疾病与血小板、凝血系统及纤溶系统关系密切。研究运动对血小板、凝血及纤溶系统的影响有重要的理论及临床意义。运动可使血小板激活,同时可使凝血及纤溶活性增强。不同的运动方式及运动强度对三者有不同的影响。本文对近几年有关研究进展作一综述,并扼要说明运动对血小板、凝血及纤溶系统影响的发生机理及临床意义。
