骨髓增生异常综合征髓系细胞免疫表型的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一组与髓系白血病密切相关的恶性克隆性疾病。其髓系细胞不仅形态及功能异常,且免疫表型——即分化抗原的表达——也非同一般。现就该方面研究进展介绍如下。 一、简史 1983年,Scott等发现,MDS病人粒细胞内含有较高浓度的单核细胞同功酶。
