谷胱甘肽S-结合物形成对肾毒物和致癌物的生物活化作用 被引量:1

摘要 阐述了有关对卤代烯烃、氢醌和醌衍生的谷胱甘肽S-结合物的生物合成和毒性,并对不同的毒性谷胱甘肽结合物进行了分类,即对(1)经酶催化的多步途径将结合物转变成毒性代谢产物和(2)对作为毒性醌转运形式的结合物进行了探讨。认为肾脏是主要靶器官,这些毒物选择性作用于肾脏,可能与肾脏通过S-结合物而将这些中间代谢产物蓄积,并将其活化为毒性产物有关。此外,还对另一些影响肾脏易感性以及可能影响这些化合物对人类危险度评价的因素进行了评述。
