计算机自动视野计阈值变异的影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 计算机自动视野计已逐渐在眼科广泛应用,它提高了青光眼眼底病等眼病的诊断,但视野测定属于心理物理学检查方法,其阈值变异易受个体差异如年龄、经验、疲劳及反应灵敏性影响;眼部因素如瞳孔大小、视野的离心度及象限差异、屈光不正及白内障对阈值变异有影响;视野阈值变异又与视野计检测参数如刺激大小、刺激时间、刺激方式及背景照度有关;另外视野阈值变异还受视野计设计的人为因素及环境因素的影响;本文就上述自动视野计阈值变异的影响因素作了综述。
