摘要 本文综述紫外线(UV)诱发环丁烷嘧啶二聚体(PD)损伤选择性修复的研究现状及可能机理,探讨在两种切除修复缺陷的遗传病细胞中选择性修复的异常现象,并对非PD型损伤修复的选择性作一概述。
