局部X线照射后荷瘤小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞亚群的变化

Effect of local X-irradiation on lymphocyte subpopulations in spleen in tumor-bearing mice

采用单克隆抗体免疫荧光染色技术及流动细胞测量仪、检测了移植肿瘤(EMT—6肉瘤)局部X线照射后的荷瘤小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果发现,在局部照射明显抑瘤的同时,荷瘤小鼠脾重减轻,脾有核细胞数减少,脾脏IgM^+细胞,Lyt1^+细胞及Lyt2^+细胞数均明显降低。讨论了肿瘤局部照射后,荷瘤机体淋巴细胞亚群变化的生物学意义。

Lymphocyte subpopulations in the spleen were investigated in BALB/c mice implanted with EMT-6 sarcoma following local X-irradiation. Flow cytometry waw used to analyze the cells in the spleen for their immunofluo-rescence stained with monoclonal antibodies. It was found that IgM+ cells,Lytl cells and Ly2+ cells In the spleen were significantly decreased within 14 days after implantation in tumor-bearing mice following local X-irradi-ation.The implication of the changes was discussed.
