摘要
泪液中的免疫球蛋白含量与一些眼病有直接关系。已知泪液中SIgA 与单疱病毒性角膜炎(H.S.K)的发病有关。我们采用放射免疫法测定20例HSK 病人和20例正常人泪液IgA 的含量,以便探索泪液中SIgA在HSK 的发病和复发中的作用。材料和方法1.泪液标本:采取20例表浅层型病人在初期、急性期、恢复期的泪液和20例无眼病正常人的泪液。采取时间上午8～11时,室温17～20℃。
The tear SIgA levels in acute,mending and recovery periods ofthe 46 patients with recurrent HSK and the 18 patients of the 46patients who recurred again were investigated by radioimmunoassyThe results shewed that the tear SIgA levels of patients with recur-rent HSK were the lowest in acute period(P<0.001),returned higherin mending period,and were the highest in recovery period(P<0.01)But it still was lower than controls.When recurred again,tear SIgAlevel descended to the lowest level rapidly.Then it returned higheragain.But tear SIgA level in three periods were lower than that oflast recurrence.
