本文根据战略信息系统（ＳＩＳ）的理论与方法，设计了一种国际工程承包战略信息系统的模式．这一模式，将为承包企业的决策者提供一种有效的辅助工具．
Based on the theory and method of Strategy Information System, a model of Strategy Information System for international project contracting is designed in this paper. The model will provide and effective assistant tool for the policymakers of contracting firms.
