反相高效液相色谱法测定头孢氨苄及片剂的含量

Determination of Cephalexin and Its Tablets by RP-HPLC

本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定头孢氨苄及片剂的含量，采用μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋ－Ｃ１：（１０μ）柱，以甲醇－０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸钠水溶液（ｐＨ６．０）（２５：７５Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，在ＵＶ２５４ｎｍ波长处检测。浓度在２０～２００μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，峰面积与浓度呈线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为９９．９９％，变异系数为０．７３％。与中国药典法比较，结果基本一致。

The contents of cephalexin and its tablets were determined by Rp-HPLC.A μBondapak-C18(10μ)column was used with methanol-0.05mol/L sodiumacetate (pH6.0)(25:75V/V)as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was254nm. The relationship between peak area and the concentration(20-200μg/ml)was linear(r=0.9999). The average recovery rate was 99.99%, and thecoefficient of variation was 0.73%. The results showed no marked differencecomparable with the method depicted in The Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
