摘要
利用柱形变介质型多级电容做为液位传感器,采用时分巡检方法获取各级电容数据,从而得到被测液位信息,利用数字技术取得数字信息量。由于采用了多级电容结构、时分巡检方法和数字技术,实现了对较高液位和超高精度的液位测量.文中还指出了系统设计中应考虑的重要问题。
With cylinder shaped variable capacitivity multistage capacitor as liquid level detector, the capicity data of eath sector, and the information of the measured liquid level with data technology are got by using time divided loop scanning method.Based on the multistage capactor construction, time divided loop scanning method and data technology, this system can measured the higher liquid level with super high sensitivity and precision. This paper point out the special construction in designing and the possibility of developing the serial products also.
